Pseudo/Sentai is the super powered themed metal band you didn’t know you needed in your life. With lyrics like: “Meta-Morphing Time!” you would expect this band to be humoristic and a bit silly, well you would be wrong. Their music is hypnotic, prog-oriented and will make you forget their Power Rangers album cover if you let it (but please don’t, because it’s awesome).
The singer makes the music very accessible; which is often a bad thing with metal/rock, but it actually makes this particular band stand out instead of blend in. So if you’re in the mood for a prog band that is not just another copy/paste of Dream Theatre and such, put on your superhero mask and lend Pseudo/Sentai your ears.
